Dates of the Life Coaching training
The Life Coaching training is a 20-session course and starts on Tuesday the 24th of January 2012.
The training runs every second Tuesday evening from 24 January 2012 for 2 hours from 18h30 to 20h30, except during school – or public holidays.
Content of the Life Coaching training
- Day 1: Life Coaching – defining and understanding Life Coaching
- Day 2-3: Changing people – defining and understanding Change in people
- Day 4: Mental models (paradigms) – how to discover and understand the basis of your thinking and the thinking of your clients?
- Day 5-6: ‘The tree of Life’ – understanding your own paradigm about change, life, God and people
- Day 7-8: Personality analysis – what is your personality type and how can you assess your clients’ personality types?
- Day 9-10: Personal purpose – how to define your own personal purpose in life and how to help your clients do the same?
- Day 11: Emotional intelligence – how to increase your emotional intelligence as a Life Coach?
- Day 12: Search for meaning – how to understand the human search for meaning in yourself as a Coach and your clients?
- Day 13: ’Suffering, the universal experience’ – how to make sense of the suffering in your life?
- Day 14: Addictions – how to understand and facilitate processes of wellness to those struggling with addictions?
- Day 15: Relationship building – how to develop meaningful relationships with your clients, according to the paradigm of Jesus Christ and Carl Rogers?
- Day 16: Systems thinking – how to develop a new way of thinking that utilises the potential of your brain more fully?
- Day 17: Team learning – how to work effectively with teams to address and enhance a team’s communication and dynamics?
- Day 18: Life Coaching process design – how to design a Life Coaching process for your clients?
- Day 19-20: Life Coaching skills – mastering the primary Life Coaching skills
